A delightful and spacious three storey Victorian house with a wealth of original features, fully restored, and now with all modern facilities. Just 200 yards from the historic Ashbourne market place and set in mature gardens with specimen trees. The house sleeps eleven in five bedrooms, with an additional ground floor double sofa bed avoiding stairs, available on request.

There are two new luxury bathrooms and an en-suite shower room. The kitchen is lavishly equipped with a full range of high quality appliances.  All bedrooms and lounges have large satellite TV’s and one of the two lounges seats eleven and has a 50 inch Plasma TV and there is WIFI throughout.

The enclosed garden has a lovely leisure terrace with substantial log chalet providing an additional spacious reception area.  Newly constructed parking bays, provide ample off-street parking with additional unrestricted roadside parking in front of these.

Access to Hollybank House

Ashbourne is built around a valley and Hollybank House is on a sloping site, with five steps up to access the garden at the entrance as shown here.

These steps cannot be by-passed in a wheelchair and may be an obstacle for those with severely limited mobility.
